Programmer Display Mode (cont.)
PROGRAM EDITING
The program edit page is accessed by operating the scroll button once to highlight the Mode, then using
the up arrow key to highlight the page symbol at the top right hand corner of the display and then the
scroll button again to enter the program editor.
Figure 1.4.9d Access to the program editor
As can be seen from the figure above, the initial Program Edit page is divided into two areas - the top part
contains program details; the lower part (figure 1.4.9f) contains individual segment details. The editable
items that appear in the program details area depend on the features enabled in the Programmer
Features configuration menu.
Note: Access to some program operations is restricted to users with the correct access level, as
defined in the ‘Prog Mode Access’, the ‘Prog Edit Access’ and the ‘Prog Store Access’ parameters
in the Programmer. Access to some items also depends on whether or not the program is running.
By default, Program Edit is available
only to users with Supervisor or
Engineer level access.
